My wife Judee and I are great believers in the power of alternative medicine. Early in 2007 we came across a Detox Foot Spa at a home and garden show. Intrigued we both took treatments and both felt the benefits. For me, a nagging shoulder injury had burdened me with constant pain; the treatment gave me immediate relief. I knew we were on to something.  For Judee, there was no immediate effect, other than the thirst people often experience when toxins are released in the body. However, over the next three days she found herself to be sleeping better and to have more energy. We decided to do further research. 

   Over the next few months we visited shows, looked at Detox Foot Spas and evaluated their performance.  We listened to the other people that were taking treatments.  Not once did we hear that the treatments had any negative effect, we heard many amazing reports of the benefits people experienced from the detoxification. Unfortunately at the same time we were disappointed by the lack of professionalism from some of the vendors we came across.

Our first step was to scour the market and purchase a range of machines from major vendors in order to compare and evaluate them.  Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism we had witnessed at the shows was compounded by a lack of customer service from the companies selling machines. We knew we could do better.
